HR Roundtable: Managing and Supporting Employees through Economic Uncertainty

Join AGC’s HR Roundtable -- in-person or via ZOOM -- as we discuss the potential impacts of economic decline on managing and supporting employees.

Amy Robinson of Miller Nash and Stephanie Berntsen of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt will touch on legal dos and don’ts for layoffs, including manager training, objective non-discriminatory criteria and other topics that all organizations should be thinking about. We will also focus on reinforcement of support resources like mental-health services offered by employers, unions and the community. We hope you can attend, ready to engage with industry peers on this important topic.  

This is a hybrid session - for those who would like to join us at AGC of Washington's Seattle location, please park in the AGC lot at 1200 Westlake Avenue North and meet us on the second floor near Starbucks. A ZOOM link will be shared with registered individuals. 

This session will also include an update on new EPOA salary disclosure requirements.
